If we get the valuable selling chance on Amazon, we will do as follows:

1.First of all, our team will conduct a comprehensive study of all the policies and rules required by the Amazon sales platform. Regular training for all employees on the new regulations issued by Amazon.

2.We will review and improve all product listings to see if they provide customers with enough information to make the right decision.

3.Use FBA shipping service to give customer good shipping service. Educate stuff of our own warehouse to trible check awaiting shipping orders every day to confirm all the products will on their way to customers.

3.We will focus on awaiting shipment items to customers. Double check to confirm customers will have their satisfied items.

4.If the customer encounters any questions about the product order, we will communicate with the customer by email within the first time, based on the customer's feedback and suggestions, and promise to resolve it within 24 hours. Because "user first" is our company Business beliefs.

5.We will build up our own ERP to manage the running for Amazon selling.To control customer services and shipping services with accurate data.

In the future, we will continue to follow up on each new regulation issued by Amazon, in order to continuously improve our overall improvement measures and sales methods in the future.
