My account was closed because of The credit card information on your Amazon.com seller account may no longer be valid. I Contacted with my bank immediately and urged them to deal with it as soon as possible. Now The credit card have successfully debited now.

I didn’t violate any Amazon rules.

If I have done anything wrong Please tell me.

In the future, we will strictly read the Amazon policy and strictly abide by it.

We registered an seller account on Amazon.com with our legal entity named xxx. Our account was suspended when we tried to activate our account, so haven’t started to sell any items on Amazon. We guarantee that we are the new seller on Amazon.com and we only have this sole account of our legal entity to be set up on Amazon.com.

Regarding the required further detailed documents, please check the attached documents with corresponding description

-Electricity Bill: shows the correct legal representative and address corresponding to that of business license.

-Gas Bill: shows the the correct legal representative and address corresponding to that of business license.

-Business license: shows the correct and real address corresponding to that of Amazon Business Address.
